Grow Cornwall - Starting a High Growth Business
Provision of free hands-on, experienced assistance for new and existing entrepreneurs starting a high growth business under 12 months old in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly. We provide up to 20 days confidential support, delivered at no cost to you.
Innovation Centres: Pool (PIC), Tremough (TIC), Treliske (WIC)
Provision of new and enhanced incubation facilities for growth focused enterprise including a network of innovation centres, specialist research centres, incubation space and grants to students and staff in HE and FE.

Provides free business support to help organisations save money by identifying valuable alternative uses in under-utilised or waste resources.
Outset Cornwall: Intensive Start-up Support
Outset Cornwall is an ERDF Convergence funded programme with the aim of supporting under-represented groups from Cornwall to start their own businesses. The programme comprises 21 different workshops, 1:1 support and mentoring and an exclusive networking group delivered in over 12 different locations around the County.
Partner to Succeed: Business Collaboration Networks
The Partner to Succeed programme helps Cornish companies work together (or with businesses or organisations outside the county), in joint projects or ventures to pursue market opportunities that they would be unable to pursue on their own.
Resource Efficiency for Farms (R4F)
Resource Efficiency for Farmers (R4F) will help farmers and landowners improve their management and use of energy, water and inorganic waste.
Schools for Intelligent Energy Use (SIEU)
Matches groups of students with relevant local businesses giving them an opportunity to work on a real sustainable energy question and come up with a real solution for the company. The project aims to increase the involvement and responsibility of intermediate vocational students (age range 15-21), teachers, businesses and local governments in the field of energy saving and renewable energy technology.
Soils for Profit (S4P)
S4P aims to help farmers and landowners improve the management and use of their soils, nutrients and manures. The S4P project aims to provide advice, training, demonstration and, if relevant, access to the SWARM Small Capital Grant scheme.
Support for your Business from Regen SW
Regen SW aims to secure growth in the south west sustainable energy industry by providing targeted business support. This is achieved by brokering new business through offering supply chain service, providing specialist advice on policy and funding and promoting the sector’s capability inside and outside of the region. We also encourage inward investment into the region and look to address the key barriers to growth within the sector.
